Below is a list of our policies:

PLEASE NOTE: Inola Castings is a division of PinPros, Inc., and as such, all billing and financial matters are handled at our corporate office located at 78 S. Fairfield Rd. -127, Layton, UT 84041.

Privacy: You provide confidential information to PinPros such as names, addresses, credit card information, and phone numbers. We take serious the protection of this information and ensure that it is protected and safe guarded in a secure system. Also be assured that we will not sell or distribute your information to outside entities or individuals.

Refund: PinPros makes two promises when accepting your order. First we will deliver on time. If we fail to meet the promised delivery and you miss your event we will refund your money. Second, we promise to manufacture the product to the artwork specifications you approve. If we fail to meet the specs we will remake the product until we get it right at no charge to you. We would expect that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the pins of any issue or defects that may have occurred.

Shipping: Standard lead time for all our products is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. However it may be shorter or longer depending on your specific requirements. We utilize all shipping carriers, however our preference is UPS ground.

Legal ownership of logos, trademarks and copyrights: When you submit your design to PinPros, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the production of any images you submit does not infringe on any other person/entity's intellectual property rights.

Color Matching: PinPros will produce your products based on PMS colors. This is not an exact science, but is very close. However, all monitors and printers do not display colors in the same way so to confirm your color choices it is important that you consult a local artist or a physical pms/pantone color chart.
